Wholesale Terms of Service for Hynes Eagle

Welcome to Hynes Eagle’s Wholesale Program. By creating a wholesale account and purchasing products at wholesale pricing, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms govern your participation in our wholesale program and are intended to ensure a smooth partnership.


Eligibility

  1. Business Requirements: Wholesale accounts are available to verified businesses only. Applicants must provide a valid resale certificate, business license, or tax ID number during account setup.
  2. Approval Process: Hynes Eagle reserves the right to approve or deny wholesale account applications at its discretion. Approval may take 1-2 business days.

Order Minimums

  1. Opening Orders: A minimum opening order of $200 is required to qualify for wholesale pricing.
  2. Reorders: Reorders must meet a minimum threshold of $200 to maintain wholesale pricing.

Pricing and Payments

  1. Wholesale Pricing: All wholesale prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, existing purchase orders will be honored at the agreed-upon price.
  2. Payment Terms: Payment is required at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.

Shipping and Delivery

  1. Shipping Costs: Wholesale buyers are responsible for all shipping costs, which will be calculated and added to the invoice at checkout.
  2. Delivery Timeframe: Orders are typically shipped within 7-10 business days. Expedited shipping is available upon request at an additional cost.

Warranty

  1. Wholesale Warranty: Hynes Eagle provides a one-year limited warranty on all travel bags purchased through wholesale accounts. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship but does not include normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
  2. Warranty Claims: Wholesale buyers must submit warranty claims directly through their wholesale account dashboard. Claims require proof of purchase and photos of the defect for evaluation.
  3. Exclusions: Apparel and accessories are not covered under the one-year warranty.

Returns and Exchanges

  1. Return Policy: Wholesale orders are final sale and non-refundable. Returns are accepted only in cases of defective merchandise covered under the one-year warranty.
  2. Damaged Items: Buyers must inspect shipments upon receipt and report any damaged or defective items within 7 days. Replacement or credit will be issued at Hynes Eagle’s discretion.

Marketing and Resale

  1. Approved Channels: Wholesale buyers may resell Hynes Eagle products only through approved channels, including brick-and-mortar stores and online marketplaces. Resale on unauthorized platforms (e.g., Amazon) is strictly prohibited without prior approval.
  2. Brand Representation: Buyers must adhere to Hynes Eagle’s branding guidelines to ensure consistency in product representation.

Intellectual Property

All Hynes Eagle trademarks, logos, product images, and marketing materials are the exclusive property of Epoch Global. Wholesale buyers are granted limited use rights solely for the purpose of promoting and reselling Hynes Eagle products.


Termination of Account

Hynes Eagle reserves the right to terminate a wholesale account at any time for non-compliance with these Terms of Service or misuse of the wholesale program.
