We have provided size charts on each and every bag/backpack for you to reference. Because many of the bags we sell are different styles, the width and length vary slightly, there are details on fit in the description of every product.
Once you add your Hynes eagle items to your shopping cart, you can enter your promo code under View Cart or on the Check Out page under the Payment section. Be sure your code has been applied before submitting your order.
We ship from our warehouse in Columbus County, OH 7 days a week! This time frame does not include our processing time of 1-2 days.
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order. We will email you as soon as it has been shipped. You can click the "View Your Order" button in your confirmation email to follow the status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the post office to scan in the package and have the tracking begin. If you order over the weekend, your package will not ship out until Monday, as we only ship Monday - Friday.
Shipping in the USA generally takes 2-7 business days. Worldwide shipping takes 10-21 days depending on the country you live in.
Please note if one or more of the items you ordered have a special pre-order or shipping date noted in the product description, your order will ship complete on the date mentioned.

If a package is not delivered within the next 1-7 days, please walk inside your local post office (don't call) for immediate assistance with your package. We also recommend checking in with neighbors, front desk, mailrooms, parcel lockers, or anywhere the package may have been delivered.

Please note: Missing packages must be reported to us within 72 hours of the date of delivery. Failure to do so may result in the claim being denied by the shipping carrier. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding our policies.
Please check your address BEFORE checking out to ensure your order is not returned to us! If your package is returned to sender, you will be contacted via phone and email on the day that we receive the package. You will be given 5 business days to contact us to confirm your address so we can resend your package. Returned to sender packages will only be resent once. If we do not hear from you within 5 business days, your order will be canceled and you will be refunded.
Presently, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. Instead, we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our return policy and repurchase the item(s) in your desired size or style.
Returns are free and easy at HynesEagle.com - scroll to the bottom of the home page and click where it says “Exchange & Returns”. Be ready with your order number and email address/phone number. We provide you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) shipping label to send us your item back through our online system. Once your item is received your refund will be issued back to your original form of payment or send you a gift card, depending on your preference.

We will accept returns of unwashed/unworn and moke/fragrance/pet hair free within 30 days of your package being delivered. Please send your item back to us using the free label we provide through our Return Process online, folded nicely. If we receive an item that is not in new, re-sellable condition, you will be charged a restocking fee (50% of what you paid for the item).
SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. No Returns. This is why it will not let you select the item.
If you have received an item that you feel has a manufacturer/printing defect, please contact us immediately and we will replace the item(s) and if needed provide a shipping label for you to ship us the damaged items back. We strive to check each and every item we ship, but sometimes we miss tiny imperfections!
